Terms of Service
By using RebusAI you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable rather than impenetrable — but they are still a contract.
The deal
RebusAI is a software service that helps you generate marketing content (websites, courses, ebooks, etc.) using AI. We provide the tools; you provide the prompts and the responsibility for using the output.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. If someone else uses your account without permission, tell us right away at support@rebusai.com.
What you can do with generated content
You own everything you generate with RebusAI. Use it for your business, modify it, sell products built on it. We claim no rights to your output.
Common-sense exceptions: you can't use RebusAI to generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, harasses people, or spams them.
What we promise
- We'll keep your data secure and private (see our Privacy Policy).
- We'll keep the service available with reasonable uptime targets (99.5% on paid plans).
- We'll give 30 days' notice before any material change to these terms.
What we can't promise
- That AI-generated content will always be accurate. AI makes mistakes. Review what we generate before publishing.
- That the service will be 100% bug-free or 100% available. Software is hard.
- That your business will succeed. We give you the tools; the work is yours.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel any time from Account → Billing. Cancellations stop future charges; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms (typically with notice and a chance to fix the issue, except in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal violation).
Liability
RebusAI is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this kind of limit, in which case the limit is the maximum allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of that state, except where local consumer protection law overrides.
