Our Story Begins in Rome
In 1989, Rosa Benedetti arrived with nothing but her grandmother's recipe book and a dream. That first tiny trattoria with just six tables has grown into the city's most beloved Italian destination.
Three decades later, her son Alessandro continues the tradition, still using the same copper pots, the same marble pasta board, and the same passion that made Bella Vista an institution.
